Job Description
As a Merchandiser for BABA PRODUCTS, you will be responsible for maintaining the brand's presence in retail outlets. Key duties include ensuring products are well-stocked, following specific planograms for shelf arrangement, and applying FIFO principles to minimize returns. You will report daily to supervisors, engage with outlet managers, and ensure promotional displays are eye-catching and compliant with company standards while wearing the official uniform and potentially traveling between various locations.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales within the FMCG industry.
Ability to follow strict planogram and product display procedures.
Knowledge of First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles for inventory management.
Strong communication skills for daily reporting and relationship building with outlet managers.
Physical ability to arrange and move stock within supermarkets and retail outlets.
High level of discipline regarding uniform standards and work schedules.
Willingness to be relocated to other outlets within the region if required.
