The Mgr-Sales I position is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing sales opportunities while ensuring timely and proper turnover for service delivery. The role involves leading day-to-day sales activities with an emphasis on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and personal sales goals.
Bachelor's degree or associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major is required.
Relevant sales and marketing experience is required, with 3 years experience if holding an associate degree or 1 year experience if holding a bachelor's degree.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of market trends, competitors, and target customer information to maximize revenue.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to support the company's service and relationship strategy.
Capability to participate in sales calls and support sales operations such as proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with off-property sales channels and community relationships.
Commitment to achieving personal and location revenue goals.
