This role is for a Mid Market Account Manager focused on managing larger market portfolios and achieving key performance indicators for assigned accounts. The position requires developing strategic plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing account growth, and collaborating with sales teams to support business objectives.
The role involves developing and formulating strategic and tactical plans for a larger market portfolio to ensure the achievement of KPIs and goals for assigned accounts. The position requires building market position by identifying potential business deals and maintaining close relationships with existing and new customers, developing retention strategies to minimize churn rate, analyzing market strategies and risks for decision making, and protecting company information confidentiality. Additionally, the role includes growing account depth and breadth, assisting with customer collections, updating CRM pipelines consistently, developing account plans, ensuring operational smoothness with ECO, driving opportunities to closure, managing post-sales activities, and collaborating closely with Solution Sales and Pre Sales teams to identify new solutions for sustainable account growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Tertiary education in business administration, sales or relevant field.
