As a Milktea Retail Supervisor, you will manage the daily activities of the shop, ensuring that operations run efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in training staff, maintaining product quality, and addressing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and discipline.
- Create and manage staff work schedules.
- Train new employees on company standards and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and quality of beverages served.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective management.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
Available to start work immediately.
Willing to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Able to work flexible shift schedules.
Friendly and customer-oriented with good communication skills.
