Job Description
As a Mill Cadet Engineer, you will engage in day-to-day operations at various mills, working closely with experienced engineers to learn about mill processes and safety protocols. This one-year program offers a dynamic work environment where you will develop your engineering skills and knowledge in the palm oil sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in mill operations and maintenance activities.
- Assist in process management and optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure safety standards are met.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Support training sessions and workshops for fellow trainees.
- Document findings and report on operational performance.

Job Requirements
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Basic understanding of engineering principles.
Willingness to be relocated at the FGVPI's mills around Malaysia.
