Role Summary
The Mortgage Consultant is responsible for identifying and acquiring new mortgage business for the Bank. This role involves building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets in a dynamic financial services environment.
Job Description
As a Mortgage Consultant, you will engage with clients daily, working closely with solicitors, real estate agents, and property developers to drive mortgage sales. You will be part of a team that values customer relationships and compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new mortgage business from primary and secondary markets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Bank.
- Solicit mortgage business referred by lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers, and valuers.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with internal Bank policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process.
