Job Description
As a Mould Supervisor, you will lead the mould fitter team to ensure timely mould changes while adhering to safety, 5S, and quality standards. You will manage mould and bladder replacements per shift schedules and work closely with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime. The role involves verifying equipment specifications, addressing quality issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with work instructions to maintain high manufacturing standards and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
SKM Level 2 or Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in mould or bladder change processes.
Proven experience in team supervision within a shift-based production environment.
Strong leadership and troubleshooting abilities.
Basic computer literacy and administrative skills.
Solid knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards such as 5S.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams.
