In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the mould fitter team, ensuring that mould changes are executed safely and efficiently. You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, focusing on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mould fitter team to ensure timely mould changes.
- Manage mould and bladder replacements according to shift schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Verify equipment specifications and address quality issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with work instructions to maintain manufacturing standards.
- Implement safety protocols and uphold quality standards such as 5S.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance as needed.
Job Requirements
SKM Level 2 or Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in mould or bladder change processes.
Proven experience in team supervision within a shift-based production environment.
Strong leadership and troubleshooting abilities.
Basic computer literacy and administrative skills.
