Mould Supervisor at Continental - Selangor

The Mould Supervisor is responsible for leading the mould fitter team to ensure efficient mould changes. This role significantly impacts production efficiency and quality by collaborating with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the mould fitter team, ensuring that mould changes are executed safely and efficiently. You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, focusing on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the mould fitter team to ensure timely mould changes.
• Manage mould and bladder replacements according to shift schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Verify equipment specifications and address quality issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions to maintain manufacturing standards.
• Implement safety protocols and uphold quality standards such as 5S.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance as needed.
