MSOC L1 Support at Maxis Communications - Kuala Lumpur

The MSOC L1 Support is responsible for providing first-level communications and support for network and security issues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the viability of the service provider network through effective monitoring and coordination.

As an MSOC L1 Support intern, you will engage in day-to-day monitoring and support activities, utilizing various network and security tools to address service issues. You will collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations and security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level communications and support for network and security issues.
• Monitor network and security systems using various tools.
• Diagnose and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for issue resolution.
• Respond to security incidents and manage internet service issues.
