Job Description
As a Nuclear Radiographer at Sunway Medical Centre, you will perform nuclear imaging procedures independently, including PET/CT and SPECT/CT examinations. Your role will involve providing safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care throughout imaging procedures, assessing patients, and ensuring optimal image quality. You will also operate nuclear imaging equipment, evaluate images, and participate in Quality Assurance programmes to maintain high clinical and technical standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy, Diploma in Radiography/Medical Imaging, or equivalent recognized qualification.
Registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC).
Good technical knowledge and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in imaging quality and radiation safety.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic and emotionally resilient when caring for patients.
Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
