This role is for a Call Monitoring Analyst in Wealth Management focused on compliance within the Hong Kong market. The position involves analyzing data, reviewing calls and documents, and supporting compliance with approved sales processes across the APAC region.
The role involves conducting surveillance monitoring reviews to support the Investments and Insurance business across the APAC region. The responsibilities include data analysis, report reviews, document and voice log reviews, particularly for the Hong Kong market, to ensure compliance with approved sales processes. Additional duties include reviewing and dispositioning alert triggers based on investigations, documenting exception findings and corrective actions, preparing trend analysis and surveillance reports, providing feedback and coaching to sales representatives, consulting with internal departments, reporting on the quality of work of sales representatives, continuously seeking process improvements, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, implementing compliance processes, and appropriately assessing risk to safeguard the firm and clients by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to review and analyze data, reports, and voice logs.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for providing feedback and consulting internal departments.
Capability to document findings and track corrective actions.
Skill in preparing reports and conducting trend analysis.
Understanding of risk assessment in business decisions.
Ability to work in a team and continuously improve processes.
Proficiency in Cantonese as mandatory for this role.
