Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, online sales, or retail sales.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Familiarity with CCK products or similar industries (F&B, FMCG, Poultry, Seafood).
Basic computer and mobile skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Messenger, WhatsApp).
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
Proactive and aggressive in closing deals.
