The Operation Executive (e-Commerce) is responsible for managing daily operations across various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. This role involves overseeing the fulfillment of customer orders and internal stock movements, coordinating with third-party logistics providers and courier services, managing inventory control, and ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date. The executive also handles order tracking, returns, and operational issues, supports marketing and sales campaigns, prepares operational reports, ensures compliance with relevant rules and agreements, identifies process improvements, and provides administrative support to management and cross-functional teams.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, administration, or logistics, preferably in FMCG or a startup environment.
Hands-on experience working with third-party logistics providers and external warehouses.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia and good problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including Excel and Sheets.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with inventory planning tools or ERP systems is a bonus.
