Having a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work proactively, independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Capable of multitasking and collaborating across functions.
Proficiency in the English language (spoken and written).
