Role Summary
The Senior E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end daily operations across various e-commerce platforms. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing product listings and ensuring efficient order fulfillment to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee daily operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product visibility and timely order processing. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. - Optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, and images. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team. - Oversee order processing to ensure timely fulfillment. - Analyze sales velocity to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations. - Execute platform campaigns and promotions effectively. - Report on e-commerce KPIs to drive performance improvements.
Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail.
Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Good understanding of e-commerce KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, ROI).
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
