Job Description
As an Operations Manager at AEON MaxValu Bangsar South, you will manage the daily activities of the store, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards. You will lead a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the store.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service.
- Foster community relations to promote the store and its offerings.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock management.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store management.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Ability to read, write, and converse fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong written and verbal reporting skills.
Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to work shifts, including off days, public holidays, and special company events.
Must be willing to transfer to other outlets when necessary.
