As an Operations Manager at AEON MaxValu Bangsar South, you will manage the daily activities of the store, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards. You will lead a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong written and verbal reporting skills.

Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.

Willingness to work shifts, including off days, public holidays, and special company events.

Must be willing to transfer to other outlets when necessary.
