Job Description

As an Operations Manager at AEON MaxValu Bangsar South, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies. You will be responsible for planning sales strategies, managing budgets, and leading staff to achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve community relations and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store management.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.

Ability to read, write, and converse fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Strong written and verbal reporting skills.

Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.

Able to work on shifts, including off days, rest days, public holidays, and special company events.

Must be willing to transfer to other outlets when necessary.
