The Order to Serve (O2S) Protege is responsible for processing transactions related to the Order to Cash (O2S) processes. This role offers an opportunity to learn O2S processes and collaborate with Country Finance teams across supported countries.
Job Description
The day-to-day work involves processing transactions, maintaining customer master data, managing sales orders, and handling customer contacts. The position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, and includes supporting various tasks assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions related to the Order to Cash (O2S) processes.
- Maintain Customer Master Data.
- Manage Sales Orders effectively.
- Handle Customer Contact Management.
- Support various tasks assigned by management.
- Collaborate with Country Finance teams across supported countries.
- Learn and understand O2S processes.
Job Requirements
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Proficient in the use of applications in the MS-Office suite, including MS-Excel.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
No prior working experience required as training will be provided.
