As an Outlet Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Izakaya restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. You will manage staff, develop business strategies, and maintain financial plans while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role will also involve training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 1 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
Certificate in Catering or Hospitality Management with 6 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 2-year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
SPM holder with 8 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 years' experience as Assistant Outlet Manager
Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills (both spoken and written)
Possesses full knowledge of wine and fine dining operation skill
Ability to develop outlet’s business strategies and financial plan
Possesses good knowledge of computer software applications
Strong leadership and organizing skill
