Job Description
As an Outlet Manager, you will engage in the daily management of the Izakaya restaurant, focusing on delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational efficiency. You will lead a team, implement business strategies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Izakaya restaurant.
- Manage and train staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth.
- Maintain financial plans and budgets for the outlet.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with 4 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 1 year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager.
Certificate in Catering or Hospitality Management with 6 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 2-year experience as Assistant Outlet Manager.
SPM holder with 8 years' experience in F&B area inclusive of 2 years' experience as Assistant Outlet Manager.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
