The position is a part-time customer service role at KLGCC Mall that involves greeting customers, assisting them with their needs, and handling cash transactions. The role requires interaction with customers and supporting sales activities within the store.
The role involves welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store, assessing their needs, and suggesting solutions. The employee will work with cash registers to process payments, set and attain sales goals, and provide customers with advice on sales and promotions. Additionally, the role includes using upselling techniques to increase sales, recommending suitable products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and stock levels throughout the day, before opening, and after closing.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work on a shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
