
The Internship - Business Management/Admin/Marketing students is responsible for supporting daily customer service activities and assisting in operations coordination within a retail environment. This role involves managing customer interactions and improving customer service processes while collaborating with various departments.
The Customer Service & Business Operations Intern will engage in day-to-day activities that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The intern will work in a dynamic retail environment, gaining hands-on experience in customer service and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Open to students from Business Management, Business Admin, Customer Service/Retail Management, TESL, English, Communication, Mass Communication, and related courses.
Confident, friendly, and possess a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Team player and willing to learn.
