This internship role is designed for Business or Marketing students interested in gaining experience in customer service and business operations within a retail setting. The intern will provide support in customer interactions and assist with operations coordination.
The Customer Service & Business Operations Intern will support daily customer service activities and assist in operations coordination within a retail environment. The intern will manage customer interactions, support documentation and database management, coordinate with various departments to resolve issues, and help improve customer service processes.
Confident, friendly, and have a positive attitude.
Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Team player and willing to learn.
Open to students from the following fields of study: Business Management, Business Admin, Customer Service / Retail Management, TESL, English, Communication, Mass Communication, and other related courses.
