The Part-Time Event Crew is responsible for engaging attendees at events to promote the Info-Tech booth. This role involves active participation in a dynamic event environment, ensuring a vibrant presence to attract visitors.
Job Description
As a part-time event crew member, you will work at the AC Hotel by Marriott Penang during a scheduled event. Your primary task will be to interact with attendees and promote the Info-Tech booth through engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry an A1 foam board to attract attention.
- Ring a bell while walking around the hall.
- Engage with attendees to encourage booth visits.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event materials.
- Follow event guidelines and instructions from supervisors.
- Report any issues or concerns to the event manager.
Job Requirements
Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Previous experience in event promotion is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
