The intern will support clients using HR/payroll or accounting software, providing assistance through various communication channels and participating in software training and implementation discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree with relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.
Strong interest in Human Resource, Customer Support or Software Support.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin is a plus).
Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, is self-directed and motivated.
Able to commit to a minimum 6-months of Internship.
Willing to work on-site at Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
