Role Summary

The Customer Success Executive (HK) is responsible for ensuring optimal platform adoption and customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic outreach, data analysis, and acting as the voice of the customer within a dynamic team environment.

Job Description

In this position, you will conduct regular check-ins with customers, utilizing internal analytics to monitor usage data and track milestones. You will also resolve customer complaints and collaborate with internal resources to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic outreach and check-ins with customers based on usage data.
  • Identify potential at-risk customers and implement targeted success plans.
  • Resolve customer complaints and coordinate internal resources effectively.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Fluency (verbal and written) in both Cantonese & English.

Exceptional empathy and communication skills.

Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Fast learner and able to adapt to a steep learning curve.
