
The Partner Support Agent is responsible for managing the partner lifecycle, including onboarding and issue resolution. This role ensures compliance with service level agreements while continuously improving support processes.
This role encompasses end-to-end partner support responsibilities, including onboarding, termination, profile management, and access provisioning. The role also supports daily operations within the Partner Support Call Centre, handling issue escalation and resolution in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLAs), while ensuring thorough follow-up and accurate documentation.
Minimum SPM qualification; a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or partner/vendor support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of CRM systems, ticketing tools, and support platforms.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
