Role Summary
The Partner Support Agent is responsible for providing comprehensive support to partners throughout their engagement with the company. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations within the Partner Support Call Centre, addressing issues and maintaining high service standards.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily operations that involve onboarding partners, managing profiles, and resolving issues as they arise. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partner onboarding and termination processes.
- Oversee profile management and access provisioning for partners.
- Handle issue escalation and resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure thorough follow-up on partner inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of partner interactions and resolutions.
- Support daily operations within the Partner Support Call Centre.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and partner satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification; a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or partner/vendor support roles.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
