Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist at Coherent Corp., you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments while adhering to statutory compliance. Basic understanding of payroll calculations & knowledge of China payroll.
Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, UKG, GAIA, etc.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a global payroll environment.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Problem-solving mindset.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
