Payroll Specialist at Shell - Subang Jaya

The Payroll Specialist will ensure efficient and compliant payroll processing for Shell's China operations, collaborating with various teams to enhance payroll solutions and maintain regulatory compliance.

As a Payroll Specialist in the China payroll team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing for approximately 1600 employees across 9 Shell China entities. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end payroll activities, including processing monthly payroll, handling payroll reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Your collaborative engagement style will help redefine and standardize payroll solutions, enhancing the employee pay experience.

In this role, you will monitor statutory changes, participate in project implementations, and respond to complex payroll queries. You will work closely with various stakeholders to maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
