
The Personal Assistant is responsible for supporting the director in various administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of a busy office environment, where strong organizational skills and attention to detail are vital.
As a Personal Assistant to the director, you will engage in daily administrative tasks, support the director's work, and occasionally represent them in company matters. You will thrive in a dynamic office setting that demands adaptability and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. - Support the director in managing schedules and appointments. - Represent the director in meetings and company matters as needed. - Organize and maintain files and documentation efficiently. - Coordinate communication between the director and other staff members. - Prepare reports and presentations as required. - Implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency.
Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Secretarial or equivalent.
Interest in the financial planning field or prior PA experience preferred.
Exposure to managing administrative tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
High level of integrity and accountability.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
