
The Recruiter Cum HR is responsible for identifying and attracting potential candidates to fulfill organizational needs. This role plays a crucial part in the onboarding process and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining employee records.
As a Recruiter cum HR, you will engage in daily activities that involve sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings. You will also coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and manage employee relations in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels. - Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens. - Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. - Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws. - Maintain employee records and confidentiality of sensitive information. - Coordinate HR-related activities and initiatives. - Exercise tact and professionalism in all interactions.
Minimum diploma in business studies, human resources, psychology, or equivalents.
1 year experience preferred; fresh graduates welcomed.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proactive, resourceful, and responsible.
Mastery of Canva for social media poster design.
