
The Internship HR/Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment process and managing employee information. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in HR functions within a dynamic team environment.
As an HR/Recruiter Intern at Amazing Advisory Sdn. Bhd, you will engage in various HR activities that contribute to the overall recruitment and employee management processes. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Update internal databases with employee details. - Gather payroll data for processing. - Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates. - Schedule interviews with potential hires. - Post job advertisements on various platforms. - Prepare HR reports for management review. - Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level or equivalent.
Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in relevant fields preferred.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
