This role involves providing executive support to the Managing Director by managing calendars, communications, research, meeting assistance, interview coordination, travel arrangements, and maintaining confidentiality. The position also includes project coordination and management such as tracking projects, liaising with teams and vendors, monitoring budgets and timelines, troubleshooting issues, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Additionally, the role covers office administration and operations, including overseeing daily office functions, supervising cleaning staff, managing inventories, handling building management coordination, supporting renovation projects and CSR activities, managing company social media content, front-desk duties, and basic administrative tasks.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
