Job Description
To carry out professional physiotherapy duties as delegated by HOS. Duties include ensuring appropriate professional assessment and care for all patients, maintaining standards of practice, recording incidents, participating in quality improvement activities, and adhering to safety policies. Continuous education and compliance with patient rights and safety goals are also essential.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Possession of a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC).
2 years of clinical experience, 5 years or more in a hospital or related setting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
Empathy and active listening in patient interactions.
Proactive and solution-oriented.
