Role Summary
The Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation is responsible for delivering professional physiotherapy services to patients. This role involves working collaboratively within a healthcare team to ensure high standards of patient care and rehabilitation.
Job Description
In this role, you will carry out daily physiotherapy duties as assigned by the Head of Services, ensuring that all patients receive appropriate assessments and care. You will maintain internationally recognized standards of physiotherapy practice and document any incidents involving patients or their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Implement physiotherapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and incidents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Physiotherapy, preferable Degree in Physiotherapy.
No experience required; preferably a few years of experience in a hospital or practice.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
