
The Planner (Solar Project) is responsible for developing and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and a focus on quality and efficiency in large-scale solar and power infrastructure projects.
As a Planner for solar projects, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include developing project schedules and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project schedules for solar projects. - Ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication. - Analyze project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. - Maintain a focus on quality and efficiency in large-scale solar projects. - Navigate complex land development and grid integration challenges. - Report on project progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
3–8+ years of experience in construction planning, preferably in Utility-Scale Solar or Power Infrastructure.
Familiarity with Malaysian Energy Commission guidelines and TNB Grid Code requirements.
Advanced proficiency in MS Project; knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI, or TILOS is a plus.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
