The PVE Account Manager will lead business growth and manage relationships with PVE customers and distributors across the ASEAN region. Based at the Kuala Lumpur Technology Center, the role involves identifying potential clients, analyzing market trends, and generating sales pipelines through lead conversion. You will support developmental efforts in Southeast Asian countries, ensuring compliance with business control processes while leveraging technical polymer knowledge to meet strategic objectives. Extensive regional travel is required to manage business networks effectively.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Polymers or Chemical Engineering with a GPA > 3.2.
3 to 5 years of working experience in plastic or polymer-related fields.
Fluent English written and spoken proficiency (IELTS > 6 or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of polymer applications and a solid technical background.
Excellent interpersonal, public relations, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and planning skills to ensure clear strategic focus.
Proficiency in Chinese or Thai language is highly preferred.
Willingness to undertake extensive business travel within Malaysia and ASEAN countries.
