Job Description
As a Portfolio Manager at RHB Bank, you will engage in daily interactions with clients, focusing on expanding loan portfolios and enhancing asset quality. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes high-quality client relationship management and compliance with credit policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new SME customers to drive growth.
- Manage a portfolio of 60 to 100 existing Middle Market/SME clients.
- Expand loan portfolios to meet client needs.
- Enhance asset quality through effective management strategies.
- Cross-sell bank products to existing clients.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations.
- Maintain high-quality client relationship management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong credit knowledge with experience in credit analysis, appraisal, or business loan lending.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis and report writing.
