Role Summary
The Product Design & Associate is responsible for enhancing the student and jobseeker journey across Sigma School's platforms. This hybrid role combines UX/UI design with product management in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will work flexibly between UX design, product analysis, and project management to identify problems and collaborate with engineering for product improvements. You will be involved in redesigning user interfaces and ensuring a seamless learning-to-employment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design user interfaces and experiences for the Sigma Learning Portal and Jobier.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design solutions.
- Analyze user data to inform design decisions and product enhancements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
- Manage product development timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate design reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in product, UI/UX design, or product design.
Strong Figma skills including flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Ability to break down complex problems into simple user flows.
Comfortable analyzing data and engaging with real users.
Strong ownership mentality and bias towards action.
