Sigma School is Malaysia's leading coding bootcamp focused on creating a seamless learning-to-employment experience through two major products: Sigma Learning Portal and Jobier. The role of Product Designer & Product Associate involves combining UX/UI design with product management to enhance the student and jobseeker journey across these platforms. This hybrid position requires working flexibly between UX design, product analysis, and project management to identify problems, redesign user interfaces, and collaborate with engineering for product improvements.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in product, UI/UX design, or product design.
Strong Figma skills including flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Ability to break down complex problems into simple user flows.
Comfortable analysing data and talking to real users.
Able to work end-to-end: research, design, handoff, and QA.
Strong ownership mentality and bias towards action.
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
