Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX/Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, or related fields.
Proven experience in leading design teams and managing design processes.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Replit, and AI technologies.
Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and strategies.
Experience in mentoring and coaching design professionals.
Strong understanding of business KPIs related to design outcomes.
