
The Product Specialist 4 is responsible for coordinating all infrastructure and managed services engagements with customers and partners. This role involves collaboration with Dell Account teams and business units to enhance Dell Technologies services and overall business growth.
In this role, you will engage with customers and partners to identify their business needs and provide tailored solutions using Dell's products and services. You will work closely with various teams to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
8-10 years of related experience in a relationship selling role.
Good knowledge of technical products, vendors, and families of technologies.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience with modern workforce solutions based on Microsoft and similar OEM partners.
Good exposure to Cyber Security and Business resilience solutions.
Prior technical experience in delivery or presales is an added advantage.
