Job Description
In this role, you will engage with Dell Account teams and business units to enhance service offerings and manage customer relationships. Your day-to-day work will involve developing strategies, maintaining sales pipelines, and representing services in leadership meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Dell Account teams to drive service growth.
- Develop and execute service strategies for designated territories.
- Manage complex customer situations effectively.
- Maintain and track sales pipeline and engagement activities.
- Represent services in leadership meetings and discussions.
- Coordinate customer engagement activities to enhance satisfaction.
- Travel as required, up to 20%, to meet customer needs.
