
The Product Specialist 4 is responsible for coordinating infrastructure services and customer engagement activities. This role significantly impacts the growth of Dell Technologies' services and overall business through collaboration with various teams and strategic execution.
In this role, you will engage with Dell Account teams and business units to enhance service offerings and manage customer relationships. Your day-to-day work will involve developing strategies, maintaining sales pipelines, and representing services in leadership meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
8-10 years of related experience in a relationship selling role.
Good knowledge of technical products and technology families.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience with modern workforce solutions.
Good exposure to Cyber Security and Business resilience solutions.
Prior technical experience in delivery or presales is an advantage.
Self-driven and motivated to drive business growth.
