In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations at the Stripping and Layering floor.
- Manage manpower effectively to meet production targets.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate machinery maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline operations.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or equivalents.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field with ISO compliance.
Strong leadership skills.
Independent with self-drive.
Result-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Good communication skills.
Experience in the glove manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
