As a Production Engineer, you will oversee operations at the Stripping and Layering floor, manage manpower, and implement process improvements. You will also coordinate machinery maintenance, lead automation initiatives, and collaborate with various teams to enhance machinery performance. Your role includes conducting root cause analyses, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and safety.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or equivalents
Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field with ISO compliance
Strong leadership skills
Independent with self-drive
Result-oriented with good problem-solving skills
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Good communication skills
Experience in the glove manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
