The Program Management Manager will lead program planning and execution, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives. This role requires managing budgets, overseeing cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations.
Job Description
Lead and oversee program planning and execution in alignment with departmental objectives and customer requirements. Ensure timely submission of RFQs and proposals that fully meet customer expectations and business targets. Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets and operational plans to ensure cost effectiveness and optimal resource utilization. Establish evaluation frameworks to assess program performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any discipline
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role
Preferably with experience in Manufacturing / Production Operations or related industries
Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Oracle system; knowledge of other ERP platforms will be an advantage
