The Program Manager will be responsible for setting and monitoring sales performance targets within the Corporate Segment. This role involves preparing and reviewing business performance metrics, providing insights, and escalating potential risks. The incumbent will also support strategic projects, design sales incentive structures, and coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure effective performance evaluation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Recognized degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or related fields
Strong analytical skills to process business drivers
Great problem-solving skills and self-motivated
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience in engaging stakeholders
Advanced user in Salesforce and MS Office
