
The Project Admin is responsible for executing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks essential for the smooth operation of projects. This role is pivotal in supporting the team to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively, making contributions vital to the overall success of the projects.
As a Project Admin, you will engage in day-to-day administrative tasks that facilitate project operations. You will manage documentation, schedule meetings, and assist project managers in coordinating activities. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy. - Schedule and coordinate meetings for project teams. - Assist project managers in organizing project activities. - Maintain records and prepare project reports. - Ensure all project-related information is organized and accessible. - Support the team in achieving project goals efficiently. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
