Job Description
Zone Designworks (JB Office) is seeking Intermediate and Senior Project Architects to join their team in Johor. The role involves leading architectural project design and development from concept to completion, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating with clients and consultants, managing budgets and timelines, conducting site visits, and mentoring junior staff.
Job Requirements
4-7+ years of experience as a Project Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects, including experience in high-rise and mixed development projects.
Proficient in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Strong technical knowledge of building by-laws, building materials, construction methods, and local building codes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and project teams.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to deliver innovative design solutions.
A degree in Architecture or a related field and a valid professional license or registration.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
