Job Description
Zone Designworks (JB Office) offers an engaging work environment where Intermediate and Senior Project Architects will oversee various architectural projects. The role includes preparing detailed drawings, conducting site visits, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural project design and development from concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation for projects.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure project alignment.
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Mentor and guide junior staff in their professional development.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative design solutions.
Job Requirements
A degree in Architecture or a related field.
4-7+ years of experience as a Project Architect.
Strong portfolio of completed projects, including high-rise and mixed development.
Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong technical knowledge of building by-laws and local building codes.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory.
