Zone Designworks (Penang branch) offers an engaging work environment where Intermediate and Senior Project Architects can thrive. The role involves overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed design drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to their professional growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
4-7+ years of experience as a Project Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
A degree in Architecture or a related field and a valid professional license or registration.
Proficient in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
Strong technical knowledge of building by-laws, building materials, construction methods, and local building codes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
