Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of project delivery and customer experience initiatives within TIME’s Wholesale business. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong leadership and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery for telecommunications infrastructure initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence to enhance customer experience.
- Manage risks associated with project delivery and service performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments.
- Ensure adherence to service delivery standards and timelines.
- Engage with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to align on project goals.
- Analyze project performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years in telecommunications, infrastructure delivery, or service operations.
Proven experience managing large scale project portfolios and cross-functional teams.
Strong exposure to wholesale telco services (IPLC, IEPL, DIA, Fiber, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
