The role also includes managing project teams, fostering collaboration across various departments, and ensuring compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements for land, building plans, and permits.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Planning.
Experience completing the full project cycle from conceptual stage to vacant possession.
Willingness and ability to relocate overseas.
Minimum 15 years of experience in property development and project management, specifically handling high-rise projects.
Work experience within property development companies.
Experience in residential or mixed-use projects, particularly high-rise and mid-rise developments.
