Job Description
As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the successful implementation of solar installation projects. Your role involves performing electrical maintenance, building wiring, and quality checks on solar-related equipment. You will be responsible for supervising site matters and manpower, coordinating progress meetings with clients and sub-contractors, and ensuring all construction issues are resolved promptly. Additionally, you will handle site documentation and provide training and audits for new installers to maintain high standards of rooftop installation.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Professional Certification, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in site installation and supervision.
High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Technical knowledge of electrical systems and building wiring.
