Role Summary
The Project Engineer / Project Executive will oversee M&E works to ensure compliance with specifications and coordinate with other construction activities. This role requires strong management skills and experience in commercial projects.
Job Description
To supervise and inspect all of the M&E works to ensure compliance with contract specifications and drawings. The role involves coordinating with ongoing C&S and Architectural works, monitoring progress, and conducting inspections. Responsibilities also include overseeing M&E related activities such as air conditioning, plumbing, fire fighting services, and electrical systems.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience in mixed commercial projects
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Good supervision and management skills
Managing job quality to ensure compliance
