Project Engineer / Project Executive - M&E at IOI Properties Group - Selangor

The Project Engineer / Project Executive - M&E is responsible for supervising and inspecting all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works to ensure compliance with contract specifications and drawings. This role involves coordinating with ongoing Civil & Structural (C&S) and Architectural works, monitoring progress, and conducting inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of M&E projects, ensuring that all activities align with project specifications and timelines. You will work closely with various teams to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect M&E works to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
• Coordinate with C&S and Architectural teams to align project activities.
• Monitor project progress and report on any discrepancies.
• Conduct inspections of M&E installations including air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure job quality compliance.
• Manage M&E related activities and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project success.
