
The Project Executive - Asset Management is responsible for assisting management in compiling and analyzing documents related to the company's properties and assets. This role plays a crucial part in consolidating portfolio statistics and ensuring effective asset management within the organization.
In the day-to-day work environment, the Project Executive will engage in various administrative tasks, maintain documentary records, and liaise with authorities and consultants. The role requires a proactive approach to handling reports and correspondence within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Land Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Building, Business Administration Management or related fields.
Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in property development or a similar role.
Basic knowledge and experience in handling project drawings, maps, landbank, and valuation works.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and other local languages.
Proficient in MS Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SAP.
Willingness to travel as required.
