The Project Executive - Asset Management role at Genting Malaysia Berhad involves assisting management in compiling, verifying, organizing, and analyzing documents related to the company's properties and assets to consolidate portfolio statistics. The position requires maintaining documentary records, liaising with authorities and consultants, handling administrative duties, and preparing various reports and correspondence within the department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Land Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Building, Business Administration Management or other related qualifications.

Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in property development or in a similar capacity.

Basic knowledge and experience in handling project drawings, maps, landbank and valuation works.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels.

Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and other local languages.

Proficient in MS Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and SAP.

Able to travel anytime as required.

Willingness to undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the management.
