Role Summary
The Project Executive (Facade) will oversee facade works, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. This role involves site inspections, defect management, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Job Description
As a Project Executive (Facade), you will attend and coordinate RFI for facade works, carry out routine site inspections, verify materials and finishes, and inspect incoming and outgoing facade materials. You will also identify and report defects, issue SOR when required, and assist in facade site testing activities. Your role includes attending coordination meetings and ensuring compliance with approved specifications.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Architecture/Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ working experience in developers/consultants/contractor firms
Experience in coordinating and monitoring site works in accordance with ISO procedure and Qlassic
Display professionalism and confidence
Possess leadership skill and will be able to resolve conflict with contractor
Possess good supervision skill and quality awareness
Site based at Putrajaya
