Job Description
As a Project Executive (Facade), you will engage in daily site inspections, coordinate requests for information (RFI), and verify the quality of materials and finishes. You will play a crucial role in identifying defects, issuing site observation reports, and assisting in facade testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and coordinate RFI for facade works.
- Carry out routine site inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Verify materials and finishes for compliance with specifications.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing facade materials.
- Identify and report defects in facade works.
- Issue site observation reports when required.
- Assist in facade site testing activities.
- Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Architecture/Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ working experience in developers/consultants/contractor firms.
Experience in coordinating and monitoring site works in accordance with ISO procedure and Qlassic.
Display professionalism and confidence.
Possess leadership skills and conflict resolution abilities.
Good supervision skills and quality awareness.
Site based at Putrajaya.
